8 är ett kommande äventyrsspel från det belgiska bolaget Tale of Tales. Spelet beskrivs i korthet så här:

Scratches intervju
På Questomania har man intervjuat Agustin Cordes om hans kommande spel Scratches. Här är ett citat:

The main character will be a man who will move to this Victorian mansion and learn about its dark past. Apparently, one of the previous owners became mad and inexplicably murdered his wife. A good friend of him, a respected doctor, is somehow involved. Was the killer really mad? Or is there a secret motive behind the murder? You'll have to solve this mystery by gathering clues that can be found in the house and its surroundings (the garden, a crypt, a greenhouse and a chapel). Add to the mixture strange sounds coming out from the basement and you have a pretty haunting scenario. Are these sounds a product of your imagination or are you not alone in this house? Judging by the name of the game, they seem to be an important part of the mystery.

Nej, vi har ingen tävling just nu men på Adventuregamers.com har de en kanontävling sponsrad av The Adventure Company. Priset är samtliga spel som publicerats av nyss nämnda bolag under 2003. Det betyder ju att alla ni som tvekar att köpa Traitor's Gate 2 p.g.a. dåliga recensioner kan få en utväg. The Mysterious Journey 2
JA+ har förhandstittat på The Mysterious Journey 2, kanske mer känd som Schizm 2. Sammanfattningsvis är intrycken:

"To sum up, what I've played on it so far is enjoyable, beautiful and difficult. Detalion has done an excellent job. When compared to the recent Uru, Mysterious Journey 2 has been developed on a far smaller budget and looks just as good, if not better."

The Collector lever?
Detta citat är klippt från en "fan site". Verkar som att det kanske kan bli en tredje del i serien 7th Guest/11th Hour.

"There still is a bit of hope for The Collector. After a long silence Landeros has made contact again with Lunny. "Due to their preoccupation with another major project, Collector has been on hold for quite a while. Our agreement was about to expire and I was just about to reacquire the property to take it elsewhere when things suddenly turned around. There are still no firm plans as yet, just the desire to keep the project moving forward the best we can."

Adventures of Fatman
Socko Entertainment ska stänga ner sidan om Adventures of Fatman vid årsskiftet. Om det är någon som vill ha tag i originalspelet är det dags att ta chansen. Efter nyår blir spelet abandonware. Nu har man dessutom sänkt priset till 9.99 dollar.

Den första stora recensionen av Midnight Nowhere har just publicerats av Gamers Hell. De ger spelet 7,6 av 10. Här är ett citat:

"As an adventure game, Midnight Nowhere follows in the inveterate footsteps of horror/adventure games past. All the usual staples are here; a solitary protagonist, the bloody trail of an unknown assailant, and the ample fortnights of free time needed to casually inspect every loose object in the known world. With a list as short and simple as that, the room for deviation becomes a margin of creative freedom as wide as a shoelace. But the formula works, as is evidenced by the adventure games that continue to get marketed on a monthly basis."
